The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager constitutes your declaration that you are at least 21 years of age. jeeta7 enforces this restriction through identity verification ("KYC") procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all deposits returned, and any winnings forfeited.

The Platform is designed for and primarily directed at players residing in Bangladesh, including all eight administrative divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. jeeta7 does not accept registrations from players located in Restricted Territories. Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeeta7 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void all associated bets, and withhold any winnings or bonus funds accrued across the duplicate accounts. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact [email protected] immediately.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. jeeta7 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep registration details up to date. All registration information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

jeeta7 operates a Know Your Customer programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other point at jeeta7's discretion, you may be required to provide supporting documentation including, but not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); a utility bill, bank statement, or other proof of address dated within the last three months; proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet registered to your name). jeeta7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); bank transfers from and to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank; and cryptocurrency (USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the standard Wagering Requirement applicable to casino bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, and for sportsbook bonuses is 5x the bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50.

The random seed used to determine each round's outcome is generated before bets are placed and can be independently verified by any Player from within the game interface after each round concludes. Minimum bets on crash games start at ৳20. Players acknowledge that the outcome of each crash game round is entirely determined by the provably fair algorithm and that jeeta7 has no ability to manipulate individual round results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Fraud and money laundering — using the Platform to launder proceeds of crime, process fraudulent transactions, or circumvent anti-money laundering controls.
2. Collusion — cooperating with other players at live dealer tables or in tournaments to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Software exploitation — using bots, automated scripts, exploit tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair edge over other players or the Platform.
4. Chargeback fraud — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.
5. Identity fraud — registering an Account in another person's name, using falsified identity documents, or misrepresenting your age.
6. Systematic exploitation of errors — knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or technical glitch to obtain funds, credits, or wagering advantages that would not otherwise be available.
7. Underage gambling — accessing the Platform while under the age of 21 or facilitating access to the Platform for a person under the age of 21.

1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeeta7 with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
3. No Waiver: jeeta7's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of jeeta7.
4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your Account, any rights under these Terms, or any obligations hereunder to any third party without jeeta7's prior written consent. jeeta7 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Force Majeure: jeeta7 shall not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond jeeta7's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.
6. Language: These Terms are drafted in English, which is the controlling language for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English version.
